Do I need to prepare my own outfits?

We have a lovely selection of gowns, outfits, and silky fabrics here at the studio — all free to use.
Of course, you’re very welcome to bring your own favourites too, like a white shirt and blue jeans, if you’d like to add a personal touch.

Do I need to tell you my preferred style before the photoshoot?

Yes please! It’s best to let us know a few days before your session.
We regularly clean and prepare our outfits, and the silky fabrics are freshly ironed before each shoot — sharing your style preferences early helps us get everything ready for you.

Can my partner join the photoshoot?

Absolutely! Partners are always welcome, and we love capturing those special moments together.
Your kids can also join in — there’s no extra charge for family photos.

Can my pet join the photoshoot?

Yes, of course! We adore pets and know they’re part of the family too.
There’s a small additional fee of $80 per pet to help us prepare and keep the session running smoothly.

Preparation Before the Photoshoot

Underwear Preparation
Please bring nude-coloured bras and underwear.
Low-waisted or bikini-style bottoms usually work best for maternity outfits.
If you’ll be wearing sheer fabrics, we recommend bringing plain white or black sets for a clean and elegant look.

Accessories
You’re welcome to bring your own accessories to complete your look.
High heels can add a touch of elegance (just make sure they match and fit comfortably), and simple jewellery often photographs beautifully.

Yes, please let us know your chosen backgrounds and outfits in advance.
Email us at info@annaclairestudio.com with your preferences a few days before your session — this helps us prepare the right backdrops and have all outfits cleaned, steamed, and ready for you.
